1. Booking Confirmation
A booking is only confirmed after payment has been received and
acknowledged by Ktwoo Visuals. For Photography and Videography
services a 50% deposit is required to secure your date. The
remaining balance is due before the shoot date or in agreed
installments. No payment means no confirmed booking.
2. Full Payment Services
For Music Video, Promo Video, and Freelancing services, full
payment is required before the shoot or gig date. Your booking is
only confirmed once full payment has been received.
3. Pricing
All prices displayed are starting-from prices unless otherwise
confirmed in writing. Final pricing may vary depending on
location, travel distance, and additional production requirements.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations within 48 hours of the confirmed shoot date may
result in cancellation fees. Deposits and full payments are
non-refundable once the date has been confirmed. Rescheduling is
subject to availability.
5. Transportation & Accommodation
Transportation, accommodation, food, and studio costs are excluded
from all package prices and flat rates. These will be charged
separately and communicated before booking confirmation.
6. Equipment
For Freelancing services, equipment hire is excluded from the
quoted rate. Any damage to Ktwoo Visuals equipment caused by
client negligence is the financial responsibility of the client.
7. Content Delivery
Final content is delivered via private digital download link once
editing is complete and full payment has been received. Ktwoo
Visuals is not responsible for content after delivery.
8. Intellectual Property
Full ownership transfers to the client upon receipt of full
payment. Ktwoo Visuals reserves the right to use final content for
portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in
writing before the shoot date.
9. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for ensuring the shoot location is
accessible, permissions are obtained, and all parties are present
at the agreed time. Ktwoo Visuals is not liable for delays caused
by the client or third parties.
10. Limitation of Liability
In the event of equipment failure, illness, or circumstances
beyond our control, Ktwoo Visuals will communicate immediately and
work to find a resolution. Liability is limited to the payment
amount received.
