Terms & Conditions

Booking Confirmation

A booking is only confirmed after payment has been received and acknowledged by KTwo Visuals. Submitting an enquiry form or receiving a quote does not constitute a confirmed booking.

• For Photography and Videography services — Matric Dance, Graduation Shoot, Photoshoot, and Kid's Shoot — a 50% deposit of the total package price is required to secure your date.
• The remaining 50% balance is due before the shoot date or in installments as agreed upon in writing by both parties prior to the shoot.
• Your shoot date will not be reserved until payment has been received and confirmed. No payment means no confirmed booking.

Full Payment Services

For the following services, full payment is required before the shoot or gig date. No exceptions will be made:

• Music Video production
• Promo Video production
• Freelancing — weddings, traditional ceremonies, and events

Your booking is only confirmed once full payment has been received and acknowledged by KTwo Visuals.

Pricing

• All prices displayed on the website are starting-from prices unless otherwise confirmed in writing.
• Final pricing may vary depending on location, travel distance, studio requirements, and any additional production requirements discussed during consultation.
• All pricing will be confirmed in writing before your booking is finalised.
• Prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change without notice. Confirmed bookings will be honoured at the agreed price.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the confirmed shoot or gig date may result in cancellation fees at the discretion of KTwo Visuals.
• Deposits are non-refundable once the shoot date has been confirmed and payment received.
• Full payments for Music Video, Promo Video, and Freelancing services are non-refundable once the date has been confirmed.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be communicated as early as possible. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the shoot date may not be accommodated.
• In the event that KTwo Visuals needs to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of any deposit or payment will be issued, or an alternative date will be offered.

Transportation & Accommodation

• Transportation costs are not included in any package price or flat rate and will be charged separately based on the shoot location and distance.
• For shoots requiring overnight stays or long-distance travel, accommodation costs are the responsibility of the client and are charged separately.
• Food and subsistence costs for shoots requiring extended travel are excluded from all package prices.
• All additional costs will be clearly communicated and agreed upon in writing before your booking is confirmed.

Equipment

• For Freelancing services, equipment hire costs are excluded from the quoted rate and are handled separately. Equipment requirements and costs will be discussed and agreed upon before your booking is confirmed.
• Any damage to KTwo Visuals equipment caused by client negligence or the negligence of third parties at the client's event will be the financial responsibility of the client.
• The client will be invoiced for repair or replacement costs where applicable.

Studio Fees

• If a studio space is required for your shoot, studio hire costs are excluded from all package prices and will be quoted and charged separately.
• Studio requirements must be communicated during the consultation phase before the shoot date.

Content Delivery

• Final edited content will be delivered via a private digital download link once editing is complete and full payment has been received.
• Standard delivery is 3 - 7 days after your shoot date, depending on the service and package selected.
• KTwo Visuals is not responsible for content after it has been delivered to the client via the download link.
• Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up their content. Download links may expire after a reasonable period.

Revisions & Raw Footage

• Additional revisions after final delivery are available at an additional cost and must be requested within a reasonable timeframe after delivery.
• Raw footage delivery is available on request and must be discussed and agreed upon before the shoot date.
• Revision and raw footage costs will be communicated upon request and confirmed in writing before work commences.

Intellectual Property

• Full ownership of the final edited content transfers to the client upon receipt of full payment.
• Prior to full payment, all content — including raw footage and edited materials — remains the intellectual property of KTwo Visuals.
• KTwo Visuals reserves the right to use final edited content for portfolio, social media, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by both parties before the shoot date.
• If you do not wish for your content to be used for promotional purposes, please notify us in writing at info@ktwovisuals.co.za before your shoot date.
• KTwo Visuals will never sell client images or videos to third parties.

Client Responsibilities

• The client is responsible for ensuring the shoot location is accessible and safe for the KTwo Visuals team and equipment.
• The client is responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions, permits, or venue approvals required for the shoot location.
• All relevant parties — models, subjects, or event guests — must be present and prepared at the agreed time. KTwo Visuals is not responsible for delays caused by the client or third parties.
• Any time lost due to client-related delays will be deducted from the agreed coverage hours.

Overtime

• All packages include a specified number of coverage hours as outlined on the relevant service page.
• If your event or shoot requires additional time beyond the agreed coverage hours, overtime rates will apply.
• Overtime rates will be communicated and agreed upon before the shoot date or at the time the overtime is required.

Limitation of Liability

• KTwo Visuals will make every effort to deliver the agreed services to the highest standard of quality and professionalism.
• In the unlikely event of equipment failure, illness, or circumstances beyond our control, KTwo Visuals will communicate immediately and work to find a suitable resolution — including rescheduling or a partial refund.
• Liability is limited to the deposit or payment amount received for the specific booking in question.
• KTwo Visuals is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the provision or non-provision of services.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms or from the provision of services by KTwo Visuals will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.

Changes To These Terms

KTwo Visuals reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
