Your booking is only confirmed after a 50% deposit has been received. Once payment is made, you will receive a confirmation from us and your date will be secured. No deposit means no confirmed booking.

The deposit is 50% of the total package price. The remaining balance is due before the shoot date or in agreed installments. For Music Videos, Promo Videos, and Freelancing services, full payment is required before the shoot or gig date.

We are based in KZN, South Africa, and operate nationwide. For shoots outside our local area, transportation and accommodation costs will be quoted separately depending on the location.

Standard delivery is 3 - 7 days after your shoot date. Urgent or same-day editing is available at an additional cost.

Absolutely. We encourage clients to share references, mood boards, or specific ideas before the shoot. Our creative direction process is designed to bring your vision to life while adding our signature cinematic touch.

We understand that circumstances change. Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule. Cancellations within 48 hours of the shoot date may result in cancellation fees. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

No. Transportation, accommodation, food, and studio booking costs are excluded from all package prices and are charged separately depending on location. These costs will be communicated clearly before your booking is confirmed.

All final content is delivered via a private digital download link. The link will be shared with you once editing is complete and full payment has been received. From there you can download, share, and keep your content forever.
