Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know before booking your matric dance coverage.

We recommend booking at least 4 to 6 weeks before your matric dance date. Peak season fills up quickly, so the earlier you secure your date with a deposit, the better.

Each package includes the team, equipment, and deliverables listed in the package details. Transportation, accommodation, food, and studio hire are not included and are charged separately depending on your location.

Standard delivery is 3 - 7 days after your shoot date. Urgent editing is available at an additional cost. You will receive a private digital download link once everything is ready.

Absolutely. We encourage clients to share a shot list or mood board before the shoot. You can send your references when you submit your booking inquiry.

Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule. Cancellations within 48 hours of the shoot date may result in cancellation fees. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

Submit your inquiry through the contact form or reach out via WhatsApp. A 50% deposit is required to secure your date. Your booking is only confirmed after the deposit has been received.
