Important Information
Before making a booking, please take note of the following important details that apply across all Ktwo Visuals services. These conditions exist to ensure a transparent, professional, and smooth experience for every client.
Transportation Excluded
Transportation costs are not included in any package price and will be charged separately based on the shoot location and distance.
Accommodation Excluded
For shoots requiring overnight stays or long-distance travel, accommodation costs are the responsibility of the client and are charged separately.
Studio Fees Excluded
If a studio space is required for your shoot, studio hire costs are excluded from all package prices and will be quoted and charged separately.
Booking Confirmed After Deposit
Your shoot date is only secured after a 50% deposit has been received and confirmed. No deposit means no confirmed booking.
Pricing May Vary By Location
All prices are starting-from prices. Final pricing may vary depending on location, travel distance, and any additional production requirements.

Our packages are structured to cover the most common client needs. However, if you have specific requirements that fall outside a standard package, reach out and we will do our best to accommodate you. Additional requirements may be quoted separately.
Yes. We are based in KZN but operate across South Africa. For shoots outside our local area, transportation and accommodation costs are charged separately and will be communicated clearly before your booking is confirmed.
Drone coverage is included in Premium and Standard packages across most services. It is not included in Basic packages. Check the individual service pages for exact inclusions per service.
Standard delivery is 3 - 7 days after your shoot date. Urgent or same-day editing is available at an additional cost from R1 500.
We recommend booking as early as possible — especially for peak seasons like matric dance and graduation periods. Popular dates fill up quickly. Once your deposit is received your date is secured.
Submit your enquiry via our contact form, WhatsApp, or phone. We will discuss your requirements, confirm your package, and send payment details. A 50% deposit secures your date. The remaining balance is due before your shoot.
Yes — upgrades are possible subject to availability and must be confirmed before the shoot date. Downgrading after a deposit has been paid may not be possible as resources are allocated in advance.
